Summer in the Jackman Region!
Summer time in the Jackman region is a
time of outdoor recreation - swimming, canoeing, boating, fishing, hiking,
mountain biking, ATVing, whitewater rafting,
camping, wildlife viewing and photography, and any thing else that you can
imagine.
There are hundreds of
square miles of private land open in the region for your enjoyment. Please
show respect to these private landowners who allow free access on their land
by treating the land as if it were your own.
The weather during the
summer in the Jackman region is generally pleasant. Many times during the
summer when it is hot and humid south of here, there is but one word to
describe our weather - gorgeous!
